By submitting your information, booking a tour, or opting in to our communications, you agree to these Terms.
1. About Redland Tropical Gardens
Redland Tropical Gardens is a private luxury outdoor event venue located in the Redlands area of Miami-Dade County, Florida. We specialize in weddings, engagement parties, corporate events, and private celebrations across three distinct event spaces: the Grand Courtyard, Oasis Falls Courtyard, and The Banyan Garden.
When you opt in to receive communications from us, you can expect to receive messages related to:
Venue brochure and pricing guide delivery
Private tour scheduling and confirmation
Event planning follow-ups and availability updates
Appointment reminders and pre-event coordination details
Responses to questions submitted through our website or chat widget
2. Use of Our Website and Services
Our website and communications are intended for adults who are actively exploring event venue options or in the process of planning a wedding or private event. You agree to provide accurate information when submitting any form or inquiry on our website.
We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel inquiries, or terminate communications with anyone who provides false information, engages in abusive or inappropriate behavior toward our team, or uses our communications channels for any unlawful purpose.
3. SMS Messaging Terms
The following terms apply specifically to our SMS messaging program. By providing your phone number and opting in, you agree to receive text messages from Redland Tropical Gardens at the number you provided.
Age Requirement: You must be 18 years of age or older to use this SMS service.
Stopping Messages: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to 786.788.7997. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Carrier Liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Message and Data Rates: As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive messages that vary based on your event planning stage. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

4. Booking and Event Agreements
These Terms of Service govern general communication and use of our services. When you proceed to book an event at Redland Tropical Gardens, a separate Venue Agreement and Event Contract will be provided. That contract will govern the specific terms of your event, including payment schedules, cancellation policies, security deposits, and event-day responsibilities.
A $1,000 non-refundable retainer is required to secure your event date. A separate $1,000 refundable cleaning and damage security deposit is required and will be returned following the event, provided the venue is left in acceptable condition.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on the Redland Tropical Gardens website, including photographs, text, branding, logos, and brochure materials, is the property of Redland Tropical Gardens and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent.
6. Limitation of Liability
Redland Tropical Gardens provides its services in good faith. To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our communications, website, or services. Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amounts paid by you to us for the specific services giving rise to the claim.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
8. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. When changes are made, we will update the effective date at the top of this document. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
